do you guys love sport? I bet most of you all's answer would be 'NO'. How many of you guys exercise on a regular basis. p/s: i don't like exercise! Why? We all do! If you're my loyal readers, you should know how often i'll sick. Because what? I'm hate sport.

And i have no idea why i'm so falling in love with adidas! So, do you guys know how much important of sport? Lemme tell you! Before i move to this houses, i din do any exercises because my house area was not good enough. So, i always falling in sick and my school attendance was so low and it's keep on decreasing. My classmate was used to it. Tell you a very exaggerate and ridiculous stuff, i can't even inhale deeply. i'll feel very dizzy and everything in front my eyes was spinning around. #wtf.Until i moved to my new happiness house, i keep on jogging and i feel my health is getting better. it's no joking and no cheating!

So, would you guys willing to exercise at least an hour a day?

Here’s a fun fact about walking: 40 years ago, the Japanese people came up with a brilliant idea that walking 10,000 steps a day will help you keep fit and healthy without the need for additional exercise. What this means is that between the first few sleepy steps to the bathroom in the morning, to the tired slump as we crawl into bed at night, we should have walked 10,000 steps.

If you’re good in Math, you might have calculated that 10,000 steps is roughly about 8 kilometres. Sounds scary, doesn’t it? Walking is in itself quite difficult and to walk 8km a day, WHEW! Just reading that makes a person feel tired! :P i don't think i can do it! hahaha!

But how about if we turn 10,000 steps into time? Using Math (again), we calculated that if you walk one kilometre in about 12 minutes at a decent pace, we could easily walk a bit slower and still do a kilometre in 15 minutes. So, by using this calculation, you could walk the whole 10,000 stepswithin 2 hours! That makes it sound so much easier, right? :D

But wait, there’s even better news! Since we have to walk to move around, most of us walk around4,000-6,000 steps a day without even thinking about it. Even the laziest of us who sit at desk all day do around 2,000. One thing’s for sure; you won’t know how many extra steps you should be taking, unless you know how many you’re already walking.

If you think you’re a few steps short of 10,000, try the following list to help you fulfill your quota of steps:
• Park at the far end of the car park (i'll try to do that)
• Don’t go round the shopping centre or supermarket in a logical order, you’ll be amazed how far you can walk going back and forth
• Take the stairs instead of the lift or escalator (NO! friends would teased :P)
• Give the dog an extra 5 minutes on his walk
• Stop emailing colleagues in the same office, instead go over and talk to them (i always do it to my friends or family even we are in the same room or bed #wtf)
• Go for a walk during your lunch break, walk to get your lunch or to find somewhere to eat your lunch
• Get up and do something, run up and down the stairs, for example during TV ads (i always doing that because my mom used to ask me taking her stuff down the stairs during TV ads)
• Walk to the corner shop instead of driving or popping in on your way home
• Get friends and family out of the house for a long, long walk (yes! i did it)

Okay. Now that you’ve reached the end of this post, please stand up and go take a long walk at your local park, or even a shopping mall. Just like mey, i'm jogging at the one utama :P Like Confucius once said, 10,000 steps begins with a single step. Okay, we may have paraphrased a little. So, work those legs and walk, walk, walk! woots` actually i dont interested with the car. All of this was told by my sister. She drove Audi. and i'm gonna test drive it soon if she allowed me to drive. she told me the A8 is very luxury, every seat has it's own tv :O and she showed me a video that she took. if your parking skills is not good enough, audi would help you to park! what the heck! those Next generation youngster no need to sit the driving test and straight purchase an audi will do. HAHAHA! what if i born lately? i'll be skipped the test and i'll not face the failure.

i know it's blur. again, i'm rushing. running to get the dorothy perkins' clothes. it's the dancing lion in one utama. it's so Noisy :( ruined my mood to shop lah! i don't have the mood already larh!

the aim of me to one u is for grabbing some clothes for the first day of Chinese new year. my very first choice is Maxi dress. I went forever 21, dorothy perkins, bershka, kitschen. topshop, miss selfridge, etc. there's no nice maxi that suit me! maybe i don't have the nice body. too Bad! lastly, i grabbed it in marks & spencer that cost rm300++ and after sales : rm119. it's cheap! and not bad.

there's less nice clothes already! so sad!

Bershka is really having a big sales, i think. because i bought lot of clothes last month from bershka and i saw it's 50% off today. #wtf i spent for it too early. maybe should grab it last minute as everything having sales and clear stock at the last minute.

2012, i hope it's a pretty nice year for me as the beginning of this year is nice. because i'm just so enjoy the holiday now. without 6am alarm clock, without school teachers, without teaching, without pressure, without books. JUST DO WHATEVER YOU LIKE! but i think i'll end this soon and plan for my life. what a dilemma. phew!

firstly, what should i choose for my college?

Lot of my friends busy seeking a good college. but i think most probably i'll choose TARC since my sister all graduated there and i think TARC not bad too. but my sister propose me to study at taylor's. but, i think i don't have the courage to study there since i don't have the good knowledge. i'll just waste their money and better choose TARC and study like normal. okay, done! if i study in TARC, i'll meet carmen always too. how good?! do you agree with me?

this few course is my very VIP picked. maybe mass communication (advertising), my sister studied E- commerce and marketing and she is now working at a bank with quite high salary. my second sister is reading Finance & Investment that what Carmen study too. but i don't think i'll pick Finance and Investment since i saw my second sister keep counting all that. so super boring and hard to study lah~ i don't want this kind of life. people always tell me that please have the bitter first, then only enjoy the sweet one. but can i eat both together at once? FML！

anyone can suggest me to study something good and easy to study? i hate mathematics by the way! people always told me it is so challenging! but i hate challenges. bleeeeh~ *scratch myself*

next, i wanna keep fit after my Hong Kong, Macao and China Trip. because i have to taste all delicious stuff before i get a slimmy body like angelababy! why can't i get a slim body like them? i'm so fat, for those who always saying me slim. actually, i'm not! i know my body shape instead of you, you don't have the right to judge me, shut up please! my target 45KG. actually is quite easy, because my weight now is 47KG. but if i lower my target to 43KG, will i be to over slim? maybe not. hahahaha. but i think 45KG is okay, normal.

Chinese New Year is just around the corner. The grandmama hot sun is so cruel, melted my skin like ice cream. huh! i really can't stand the hotness. Why Malaysia don't snow? probably if Malaysia snow, we'll feel scared, right? better not! friends telling me China is freezing. wow! expecting the coldness, hope i can stand it and don't CATCH A COLD by that time. i did it last time! Too cold and i wore the short pants! FML, everybody seeing me with a strange sight!

who am i,

do you know the real me, the most real of me?

i'm a very normal, ordinary girl that is made in Malaysia. i like smile, share my hapiness with my love one. but normally, what i pay, they'll keep the change and not revenge me with their hapiness. Until now, i still couldn't find the true friend's love that can always with me. yes, maybe i have two, but our distance now is so super far since i moved house. one is my super VIP good friend, fish. she is just so good that would just make me smile and solve my problems. everytime i sad, i'll trying to call her and tell her what i'd face. she would tell me the solution and tried to convince me to be alright. thanks, my love. another one is my classmate which is just close this two years, we're not in the same class last few year, god arrange us to be in the same class since form four if i'm not mistaken. she's a girl who is good and would not have something secret in the heart. she is just so innocent! when she happy, she'll smile but when she angry, she straight show you the face. what i'm trying to say is, she doesn't have those psychological terms. yes, she did! for now, i found my family love. i love my mummy so much. she is cute and awesome although sometimes we'll quarel abit :) u treat me the best. and my two sister! the big one, please behave! but still lovin you, the second, you're just like my ATM. but i'm not so willing to take ur cash because i feel shame :p so, except my family members, i have a cousin that maybe love me. *i'm not sure since she has a boy friend since a year* we're less interact and talkin since i moved house. sometimes she will leave me alone and not replying my message (if you reading my blog here with extreme mood, please close it immediately and open it tomorrow when you feel better), i hate people not replying my message. you're always the one who make me angry :p. yes, i have a bad habit. i'll think the other way like you're ignored me or not trying to bother me. so do i? about sport, i don't like sport so i won't be healthy i guess. i love cycling but i don't have a bicycle. FML. i love ADIDAS!

Hi, finally finally finally i update my blog. i had left my blog for so long and i'm thinking either wanna close it or not since i cant manage to update everyday week as i promised. this is just because i'm so busy for my awesome life now. it's just so amazing after having a big exam. everyday no need to face the book just need to play facebook :D and no one gonna scold you for not taking book to read since you got no books to read . LOL. but recently i had registered for my driving test. FML. i really too enjoy my life and i just ~~simply read~~ the driving text book and sit the test, and how? i failed my driving test. i get 41/50. just one question! correct one more question, i'll passed! but f it, because of this one question, i have to spend rm50 to resit the test. i'm so gonna cry for it. and i'm gonna skip this topic since i really fkin' uneasy for that.

and, i'm working recently. yes! i work again :) i think my job is so easy and i love this job so much. i'm selling a coffee machine and i always facing the coffee. so, guess what? i know how to brew a perfect coffee now like cappucino, mocha, latte and espresso. i love mocha as well because mocha contained chocolate :) and i almost drink it every time i work. FML RIGHT? well, i'm so gonna save money and travel :) before my travel, i bought lot of costly clothes that made my purse gain a big hole. so sad lah! almost spend a K for just few clothes :( my savings gone. so, i gotta work for it! time passed fast, i already worked for 7 days :) and the money is walking to my purse now, still on the way.

and yesterday, when i was enjoying my movie at house with eating a lot of chips, my mind kept askin me to out, so i ask my mom and sis went pavilion for a walk. start my journey at 8p.m night. my mum wanna seek for a nice lantern -.-

okay, well... the viewers keep on decreasing, i think i know why. it's all my fault. Its all because of the lack of update of my bloggie, so sad lah. hmmmp, reading few famous blogger to steal some idea from them for blogging since i have got the sudden passion to update my blog but i got no idea what to talk about. yea, probably will talk about CHRISTMAS. yea, last time i was not so intent or pay close attention about it because i'm not a christian, but, who cares? now the young generation love to celebrate it since most of the malaysian don't know the feel of snowing, so, with christmas, the town turning white with those white and cute decoration, so we can feel it and love it, i guess you guys love white since it's so clean and else. hmmmp, i got no plan for christmas. so, please date me out. LOL, i'm so pity :( i still remember last time i celebrate my christmas with my family in one utama :) and i spent my christmas eve with my lovely cousin, also in one utama, how boring :') right?

hey, it's saturday (yesterday), HAHAHA! i decided to shop for something good. actually i got nothing to buy and i have no idea what to buy actually because i bought lot of stuff recently and i spent lot of money :'( *sob sob* so how? nevermind, shopping just like jogging, jogging just like shopping! i went one utama for a jog! basically, i'm reading an Ipad :)

yea, i mean, a book that's with iPad cover. i had attended a bahasa malaysia seminar in pusat tuisyen cekap. there's a super lame yet funny teacher named suguz. he was an awesome teacher and he has lot of funny jokes to share with us everytime. that was just funny to hear that. in his class, you're impossible to pay your attention at PHONE or else. because he would always catch your attention by fooling you. yesterday, i had attented his class. i was so excited because i'd been long time didn't saw him.

what was the first reaction he gave me?

he grinned like a stupid :D then i change my sight to the white board since his face really very stupid until i'm not interested to see :P then, the class was started. all of us was focus on our book or white board and he came in front of me and asking me : hey, why go jogging never call me?

LMAO, why he asking me this kind of question? because i state it at facebook that morning with : just back from jogging. SO LAME ! and i was like dunno what to react and just smile with him. see ! he caught my attention :) and i listen with hundred percent focus although the class was so hot.

LOL, actually just the cover. and actually, he did a mistake. his iPad 2 is thicker than iPad 1. i don't know if he noticed or not. and it's so funny to fool your friend, i got my iPad and iPad 2! and i reading my iPad everytime when i revise :) what a joke and it's worked. why not? we just need this kind of funny teacher with the funny notes. alright? and his notes was quite good.

he told us the rule of the exam and else that we dunno. his notes is so trendy, his notes has some of the hot issue that we're talking. And, he really lame, he steal people photo and post on the white board. how lame?! and he kept ask me : can i show your photo in front?

INSANE!

of course i not allowed lah. and he keep asking me not to put so much photo at facebook. LOL. and he praised a girl with the facebook profile that always hugging a baby. he says that's good and is a great techniques. LOL.......... that was fun study with him :D he is just so creative :)

happy halloween :) gonna spend my day at a very mysterious places and my costumes would be pajamas, the places was my house :( i didnt celebrate it just because i think i should spend my time to focus in spm instead of halloween. here are the picture that i edited myself with my lame drawing. i know i can't did it but at least i tried. do you know what am i drawing actually? the one with red colour at left is a reddish or bloody hand, below the bloody hand is the skull, at my right hand side, there's a bird-like stuff. actually that was a bat and the pumpkin is below the bat :)

there's so awesome to play, you can now build your own smurfy village with your cutie smurf :) maybe someone will say that's a boring game or else. but i definitely felt that it was great to play since you can challenge yourself to build the village with creative minded. and, you can visit your friend's village too if you're invite your friend to play it too :) guess what? they created a halloween version too for us :) you can update your smurfs village in your apps :)

i definitely dunno why those people who passby xiao yue yue, they'll acting like dunno everything! and just simply passby xiao yue yue without feelings. she is lying in the street ignored by bystanders!!!

weeeeeeeeellll, babe~ it's been 'awhile' i didnt update my blog. i think i'll keep this blog uncultivate continue until i finish my spm. i can say i definitely isolate with the world because i didnt online, read newspaper and less watch tv :( so, i'm a stupid now. i duno what happening outside :( forgive my stupid attitude :) i'm so stress with my study because i think i dun have the confidence to sit the exam. my mind is blank and i think my trial exam was bad too :/ i just finish my trial exam few days ago, that's why i'm free here and blogging here :) give me a big clapssssSSSSSssss....

bought a new cover with my phone, this is the first cover i buy using my own money :D a calculator phone cover. i think it's cute so i bought it. many of my friends tot that was a calculator since it's look awesome like a calculator :)

well, let's talk about my friend's birthday. i think i can't do the best birthday with her since i can't attend the party and i celebrate with her in a lame situation -- but i think my plan was awesome!

firstly, i sit my chemistry exam as normal and i plan everything behind her :) we bought a marble cheese cake to her and we cut a slice to her. we cheat her that the shop had out of stock and left a slice, so we buy a slice and celebrate with her :) she cried because brenda ate her strawberry but i think she cried not only the strawberry :D it's because we fool at her.

actually, our plan is to shadow her but our plan had failed due to some reason. so, we change the plan and we straight go to her house.

she walk really slow as we track her with an UC(planted agent). our planted agent, sze tat cycling and find out where is she. she walk really slow, we wait her like already melted from a solid to liquid --

this is benroy, he is also one of the planted agent.

finally, she arrived and she saw her boyfie was waiting outside in her house, then, she open the door for her boyfie, then we move out from her neighbour house and shout~~~~ AAAARRRRRHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! yoong xin, let us go in, it's raining! then she shout too since she was shocked by us. she seems can't believe that we're there! finally, she let us go in and we celebrate with her :)

hmmp.....finally i get my iPhone 4 AGAIN :D why am i saying the word 'again'? because i lost my iPhone 4 last time :( so, my sis get me another iPhone 4. thank you, amber, you're my best sister ever :D

well, i love iPhone very much because it's a really smart phone. it's camera is good ,5-megapixel still camera, Tap to focus video or still images, LED flash, VGA-quality photos and video at up to 30 frames per second with the front camera. so, i can leave my camera home and just bringing a smartphone out :) between, it has a lot of funny apps and games. such that angry bird, it's just so famous recently! so, what you waiting for? get yourself an iPhone 4 now if you still haven't get or still considering.

besides getting an iPhone, you still need to sign up a smart plan. so, i think celcom is definitely a very great choice for you to choose. i love celcom very much since it's fast. as you know, i am live in the 'lineless' area, but celcom broadband is work here, what a miracle!

oh my geeeez, yesterday had just watched the MTV show. and i watched 'my sweet 16' if i'm not mistaken, because i can't remember the actual name. it's so attractive, she was born with silver spoon in her mouth. holy jesus, she told her mum that she loves porche and she mum really bought her a porsche car as her birthday gift!!! i'm so jealous with it. and KE$HA celebrated her birthday too. unfortunately, i dunno who is she =( well, i think i'm stupid enough :( she loves shopping and she never care the price tag!!! holy jesus!!! can i have this kind of life? :( i want.............!!!

and, i just got injection today. it's killing me. it's pain! those who says not pain is a lie! it's killing me..... when i saw my report, it stunned me with a minute. i've got totally no antibody and need to inject 3 times :( why am i so 'lucky'??? FML

actually this post should upload last month. but i'd no excess time to blogging. but, today, i just found that my phone have this kind of photo, so i decided to spend 1 hour to share you my journey to senyu.

carmen told me that senjyu having promotion THAT TIME. so, she invited me to there and try. that's the first time we went senjyu. when i walk inside the senjyu, i felt the deco there is so funny. there's a lot of bottle sticking there. it's so clear. apparently, i'm the lazy and whatever-type. just let them order and i'll just give them some comment ;) i just told them i love unagi. so they at least know what i love to eat and had the idea to order.

yeap, i just saw the freaking stupid video at facebook. well, i'm out-dated, i just watch it because i heard yoong xin talk about the video's content, so, i'm like so bek cek because i really dunno why they did it? very funny meh? i dunno their brain worked or not. why they can do this kind of stupid thingy? their brain isn't made of grass? 4 girls bully a innocent girl and cut her hair with the sharp scissors. anyone who has a kind heart once take a look with this video, their heart will melted momentarily and curse the 4 girls who bully the innocent girl. why the class got no person go and report this case and let it happened? it's so dumb. the principal should cane the whole class i think especially the four student. their laughter is just like a devil. it's so unforgettable. FUCK!!!!!!! and the most stupid thhing is, they post it to the facebook with the chinese song : hao ren/ huai ren. i can't remember what it's name, it's a quite nice song. they thought they're cool. it's time to blog a proper post. yeap, i've been leavin my blog remain unchanged almost three weeks if i'm not mistaken. and, i update it few days ago with some short post with less caption. i'd feel bored to update my blog because i less take picture and my life seems nothing special to share :P so, i rather sleep instead of blogging. i know i'm a pig :P yea, fyi, i'm keep fit but it seems not that worked(irreconcilable), because i eat lot during this 'vacation'. for me, this week is a vacation for myself although i'd to go school. but i skip school and tuition class this week to enjoy my life :)

mostly, people would ask me: how are you? why didn't you online and update your blog?
well, i'm fine, thank you. i enjoy my life until i forget to update my blog :D sorry.

and i'm going to talk about my oral test that i had last week. firstly, i'm going to talk about Chinese oral test :) it's so darn hard for me to say because my teacher gave us a title that i have to follow! which mean i only can talk about the title she gave. i talk about RECYCLE. and i relate it to tsunami and so on. blah blah blah~ skip!

my English oral test: it's so fun! i talk about football.*glory glory man united* unfortunately, they choose a club for me to present because i'd absent that day, so they pick a random club for me to present. and they pick themselves a favourite club. my favourite club is MANCHESTER UNITED and it's unfortunately present by BRENDA :( p/s: please boo her~ booooooo~ LOL. and i present the club: ARSENAL..... boo myself because it's not my very own favourite club :( never mind lar, because my favourite football player is with arsenal last time, that's christiano ronaldo *please give him a round of applause* HOORAYYYYY. and yoong xin present about LIVERPOOL, which is the club that i always boycott :P but actually, i don't hate LIVERPOOL. just because liverpool is Manchester united's rivalry :) that's why i hate it :P red devil always the best :) and janice present about Chelsea which is my teacher's favourite club ;O we thought she likes arsenal :X

to be honest, i hate memorizing so i just simply read it within 10 minutes and go for it, so the result doesn't seem good. i skipped a lot of point and just talk a lil bit :D so, my marks was in 25/30 :P actually i satisfied because i really didn't work hard for it, i admitted. however, yoong xin keep memorise it and read out loud beside me. it's driving me insane. her slang is so special -- especially reading those word with 'T' and 'S'. haha. at last, she did a great job. congratz, xin! you did it :)

after that, i would like to talk about my lips, it's swollen! if you are my facebook friend, you could see my photos that i upload in facebook. it's super duper hyper freaking fucking swollen. it's makin me feel like i'm sexay. LOL. p/s: sexy babe :D
the reason: i didn't drink water and my lips turn dried and i keep play my lips and take off the dry or dead skin(i dunno what it call) so, it's turn swollen and make me feel like i'm angelina jolie :P LOL
